pedicure!

a good friend of mine works at a spa/salon as a massage therapist. they opened a new location this week and they are having a special all week long where friends and family can get half price services, so i finally decided to splurge and have a pedicure. yum-o. my feet feel beautiful. i got to sit in a massaging chair. there was a heated whirlpool for me to put my feet in. i’m still not sure i could justify a full-price pedicure, but on the other hand, it was a whole hour’s worth of treatment. very relaxing. and i have beautiful toes now. (it’s not exactly black polish, just as close as it can get and still be a shade of red.)
