i’m not sure why pudding cups appeal to me as much as they do. i never had them as a child. maybe it’s the convenience of single serving packs that don’t even need to be refrigerated (?!). maybe it’s licking the lid. maybe it’s the almost plastic-y smoothness of commercially produced pudding. maybe it’s because i never got them as a child (although twinkies never held any appeal for me and i never got them either). all i know is that for the last few years, about once or twice a year i indulge in a four-pack, much to the amusement of mr. happy stuff. and they make me smile every time.
