awhile back, galetea<\/a> introduced me to the website orisinal<\/a>. it is a delightful set of very soothing free internet games that i tend to go to when i need to relax and pull away from stress. the music is lovely and the games themselves are (for the most part) very gentle. i think the most non-gentle one i’ve played so far has you trying to jump a guy from the top of a train car to the next car and (as in real life) you only get one shot and if he falls, it’s game over. but it’s still done in muted earth tones and the jumping guy is wearing a turtleneck (i think) and when he falls, he doesn’t die a horrible, bloody death, he just gets left behind by the speeding train.\u00c2\u00a0 my current favorite is one called “bugs” (currently on the top row, with a tiny green ladybug in the thumbnail image).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" (*note* this post was originally drafted in 2005, but i never published it.\u00c2\u00a0 i found it again today and decided to post it.\u00c2\u00a0 enjoy!) awhile back, galetea introduced me to the website orisinal. it is a delightful set of very … Continue reading
