well, the color on this photo is a little off, but i just had to show you this autumnal deliciousness that almost made peeling that butternut squash worth it.\u00c2\u00a0 pasta with brown butter sage butternut squash and (optional) pecans.\u00c2\u00a0 i used less oil\/butter than the recipe called for and i wish i’d used more pecans, but it was an excellent vehicle for a vegetable. i found it in wondertime magazine.\u00c2\u00a0 i don’t have the issue in front of me and i can’t find the recipe online, so if anyone really wants to know how to make this, you’ll have to ask me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
