\"\"<\/a>okay people.\u00c2\u00a0 i’m getting brave now.\u00c2\u00a0 look!\u00c2\u00a0 colored skinny jeans!\u00c2\u00a0 tucked into boots!\u00c2\u00a0 although i’m still not convinced that this is a great look for me.\u00c2\u00a0 i think the color of these particular jeans is just a bit too…. bright?\u00c2\u00a0 something about light-colored pants with a dark top always feels top-heavy to me. when i got home, mr. happy stuff said, ‘whoa!\u00c2\u00a0 pink pants, eh?’<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>the stark contrast between the jeans and the boots seems to cut my legs off at the knee.\u00c2\u00a0 (although i do like these new suede boots…)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>maybe if i add a light-colored jacket over the whole thing it will balance better.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>better.\u00c2\u00a0 but i still have to fight the urge to untuck my shirt and hide in my clothes (yes ann, that is exactly what i’ve been doing for years!\u00c2\u00a0 it is a hard habit to break.).\u00c2\u00a0 although if you compare these “skinny” jeans to the pale pink pants in the last fashion post…. is it just me, or are they actually slimming?\u00c2\u00a0 at least on the leg parts?\u00c2\u00a0 i did get a kid compliment on my pants and another kid complimented my boots.\u00c2\u00a0 i think i’ll just try them with some darker pants next time.\u00c2\u00a0 or try these pants with lighter boots.<\/p>\n

but i’m sure you’re all waiting with bated breath to hear who won my scarf giveaway.\u00c2\u00a0 let me consult the all-seeing pinecone…<\/p>\n
